Property Management Role

This role involves overseeing the management of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and reports for commercial and industrial properties.
  • Processing creditor invoices and authorizing payments within established limits and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tenancy matters, correspondence, and official documentation.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective property management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Commercial property management experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property or Finance are an advantage.
  • A current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate, including Property Management, is required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to operate with autonomy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong financial acumen and a proven track record of delivering high-standard service.
