Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate payment of apprentices, trainees, and other candidates employed by the RMS Division.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing and processing weekly payrolls.
- Assisting with end of month and end of year payroll processes.
- Maintaining and implementing changes to relevant award and EBA pay and conditions.
- Implementing efficient processes and systems to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
- Collaborating with teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll services.
- Experience in managing and developing end-to-end payroll processes in a high-volume environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail along with analytical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
