Business Operations Coordinator Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide operational support to the APAC Fulfillment team by ensuring seamless product delivery to our valued guests through various channels.

This Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing calendars and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, booking meeting spaces, and attending crucial meetings. Additionally, they will assist the DC Leadership team in developing and implementing plans that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities also include overseeing office services requests, preparing and processing invoices, purchasing and tracking essential office supplies, supporting workforce administration, and managing contracts and performance of DC office vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, have 3-5 years of experience in clerical or administrative support duties, and 2+ years of direct supervisory experience. They must also demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, be proactive and solution-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
