Business Operations Coordinator

The role of Business Operations Coordinator is critical to the effective functioning of our organisation. The primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of operational plans and tasks to achieve set objectives
  • Develop and implement procedures for efficient office administration and HR processes
  • Manage staff records, recruitment, onboarding, leave, and other personnel-related matters
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide timely information and support as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
