About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our Smiggle team. As a key member of our in-store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maximize every sales opportunity and achieve both individual and store sales targets. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that exceed their expectations. Your expertise in cash handling, processing sales, and visual merchandising will ensure that our store looks its best at all times.
In this dynamic role, you will be part of a high-energy team environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive training programs, as well as our Future Leaders Program designed to develop and train our future Store Managers. A Day in the Life:
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for all customers that is in line with the Smiggle Brand
- Cash handling, and processing sales
- Working well within a team environment
- Assist with stock management and visual merchandising
- Follow loss prevention processes to minimise stock loss
- Attend store meetings and in-store training

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance.
