\About the Opportunity
\In this role as a Customer Experience Specialist, you will provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, conduct product demonstrations, and manage online inquiries to enhance the customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting general customer inquiries in multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, and email.\
- Processing equipment claims for MAC, DVA, NDIS, and other funded sales.\
- Administering online communication platforms for the Vision Store team.\\/ul">\

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $73,803 + superannuation, based on the base salary and location.
