Healthcare Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN Grade 5) to join our team at mecwacare. As a key member of our residential aged care service management, you will play a vital role in planning and delivery of services.
This is a casual position working night shifts at our Mont Albert location. You will be supported by the Facility Manager and will provide evidence-based nursing care for residents in accordance with their developed care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents
- Work collaboratively with the Facility Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize advanced clinical skills to respond to complex resident needs
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and respect within the facility
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, including leadership roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences
