Clinical Lead and Manager - A Visionary Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Lead and Manager to join our team at Henderson Healthcare, a specialist consultancy dedicated to matching skilled professionals with their ideal healthcare roles.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the operational and clinical management of our expanding clinic in Melbourne's inner suburbs. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying growth areas, developing new services, and collaborating with our leadership team to drive the success of our clinic network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational and clinical strategies to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in services and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute plans that align with our organizational vision.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage budgets, targets, and clinical outcomes, driving results-oriented decision-making.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience working with neurodiverse populations.
  • Strong operational and clinical management skills, with a track record of achieving results.
  • Experience conducting assessments is highly advantageous.
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, WWCC, NDIS Screening Check, and current Driver's License.
