Job Title: Clinical Scheduling Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and organize patient appointments to minimize disruptions to their daily routines.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure smooth healthcare delivery.
  • Manage accurate records of scheduled appointments and healthcare documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and patients to prevent scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and organizational policies.
Qualifications
  • Experience in scheduling, logistics, or healthcare coordination.
  • Familiarity with managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or correctional environment is highly regarded.
