Speech Pathology Team Leader

About the RoleAs a Speech Pathology Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a reduced caseload while leading and supporting a team of Speech Pathologists across three states. You will foster a culture of positive engagement, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within your team. Your leadership skills will be essential in providing direction and guidance to your team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Speech Pathology services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Speech Pathologists to deliver exceptional care to clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor and manage staff resources, leave, and caseloads to ensure optimal team performance
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients and the organization
- Relevant degree in Speech Pathology
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist in a community setting
- Registration with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
