**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker who can assist our clients with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
Responsibilities include supporting clients to attend appointments and engage in social activities, planning and accompanying clients on outings and activities, and performing duties with initiative and flexibility.
**Key Requirements**
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with manual handling and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours.
- Valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid & CPR certificates.
