Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily living assistance and personal care to clients in their own homes or supported accommodation settings.
- Facilitate community access opportunities, including social events and medical appointments, to enhance clients' independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation to monitor and report on client progress and healthcare needs.
- Implement educational, skill development, and social activity programs tailored to each client's goals and interests.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clients' Individual Support Plans to ensure personalized care.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Disability Services or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to work outside normal hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
