Specialised Support Workers play a vital role in the lives of individuals with disabilities, providing ongoing support and empowering them to live independently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Transporting clients to appointments and engaging them in activities
* Assisting with personal care, reading, and implementing complex support plans
* Supporting clients with social and community connections
* Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
**Essential Requirements**
We are seeking candidates with a minimum 6 months experience in the disability sector, who possess the ability and confidence to follow support plans that meet client requirements.
Additional requirements include First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Certificate, and Driver Licence.
