Empowering Individuals with Disabilities: A Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

As a support worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized care and support to clients in their own homes or community settings. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

You will also require a strong understanding of disability support principles and practices, including the importance of promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Working With Children's Check
  • Driver's Licence with Valid Insurance
