Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will support our clients by providing resourcing support from the tender stage through to the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support utilities tenders with market information and workforce planning
  • Provide support to project teams with the mobilization of large infrastructure projects
  • Generate search plans, build talent pipelines, pre-screen candidates, and manage databases
  • Sourcing and pipelining candidates from multiple channels, including LinkedIn, database sources, and industry networks
  • Internal stakeholder and candidate management throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance and governance is met for all recruitment assignments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting a range of white-collar technical and professional roles, particularly within engineering and large complex infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated strategic talent management experience in a complex business with strong experience in developing talent pools
  • Experience working within recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
