Site Supervisor (Subcontractors)

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all commercial activities related to subcontractors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
  • Supervise daily activities and ensure adherence to business priorities and contractual requirements
  • Coordinate work planning with subcontractors and participate in daily meetings
  • Issue non-compliance reports and monitor activities for progress reporting
  • Manage change management processes and claims with subcontractors
  • Approve timesheets, progress, and invoicing
  • Manage weekly meetings with subcontractors and issue meeting minutes
  • Maintain relevant subcontractor documentation as per the contract

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on health, safety, environment, quality, schedule, and budget
  • Previous experience in construction management
  • Collaborative team player with customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven
  • Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment
