Description:As Senior Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse field sales team across a territory or market. You will ensure seamless business operations, meet merchandising standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience through committed leadership and role modeling.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store leadership and regional partners to develop joint sales, business, and marketing plans.
- Mentor and guide team members to build vital skills and knowledge.
- Availability to work on a regular schedule of Wednesday to Sundays (inclusive of both Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience leading a diverse field sales team across a territory or market.
- Quick decision-making and ability to connect with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business needs, challenges, and concerns.
- High integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Open to feedback and able to relate well to all kinds of people.
