Automotive Sales and Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished sales and marketing professional to spearhead our automotive business. As a key leader, you will oversee the entire sales department, driving growth through effective strategies and exceptional customer service.
This is an opportunity for a results-driven individual who can develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve leading a high-performing team, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and conducting market research to inform strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. A proven track record of success in automotive sales or a managerial role is essential for this position. We require strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a strategic thinker who can develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. This full-time role offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
