About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our expanding team in the ANZ region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and shaping the future of construction technology in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop prospecting plans to build rapport and create opportunities with top enterprise accounts in the ANZ region.
  • Network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry to increase adoption of Procore's solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in the ANZ region to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Procore's solutions.
  • Leverage your understanding of construction processes to align Procore's offerings with clients' specific needs and serve as a trusted adviser.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer success and influence product enhancements.
  • Provide regular forecasts and updates on account status, growth metrics, and market trends in the ANZ region.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years in technology sales or business development, preferably with experience in SaaS solutions for the construction industry in large Enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry practices, workflows, and technology adoption in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for innovation in construction technology.
