The Customer Marketing Specialist will lead a talented marketing team to drive medical education and customer engagement events. This role involves breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.
Cranial and Spinal Technologies is redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes. The goal is to restore long-term quality of life for more patients.
Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will develop a value proposition for the target customer audience, from insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.
- Establishing expertise on the target customer segment is crucial for this role. This expertise must be integrated into the extended marketing team.
- Maintaining market analyses is vital to understand the target audience, developing insights, unmet needs, and new business opportunities that can improve marketing programs.
- This position requires orchestrating and integrating all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.).
- Compliance with HCP regulations, event execution, and delivering an excellent customer experience are essential responsibilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A customer-focused approach is essential.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software, is necessary.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required.
