This pivotal role involves providing insightful financial analysis, shaping business strategies, and supporting decision-making processes that impact the organisation's future. You will be an essential part of a dynamic team driving financial initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with the CFO and senior leaders to develop and implement financial strategies aligning with organisational goals.
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to inform strategic decisions across various business lines.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their financial needs, challenges, and opportunities, offering tailored financial advice and solutions.
  • Drive budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance financial outcomes.
  • Support the CFO in preparing presentations and reports for the executive team and board, effectively communicating complex financial data.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, promoting a culture of financial responsibility and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to business strategy.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
