Architectural Flooring Sales ProfessionalAbout the Role

We're seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in the architectural flooring sector. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong track record in high-end residential flooring sales who's ready to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships across the Melbourne high-end residential and architectural design market, working with a portfolio of premium flooring products sought-after by architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market share
  • Seek out and secure new business within the luxury residential and architectural space
  • Manage a territory and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with industry professionals
  • Provide technical product guidance and design support tailored to each project
  • Attend industry events and represent the brand at trade shows and design exhibitions
  • Oversee projects from specification to completion to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling flooring or interior surface products into the high-end residential market
  • Strong background in on-the-road sales and territory management
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build, and close new business opportunities
  • A genuine interest in design, architecture, and interior spaces
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
