About the Role
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market share through targeted sales efforts.
  • Pursue new business opportunities within the luxury residential and architectural sectors.
  • Manage a territory and establish relationships with key industry professionals including architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
  • Provide technical product guidance and design support tailored to each project's unique needs.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows to showcase products and expertise.
  • Oversight of projects from specification to completion ensures exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a motivated and professional salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-end design solutions.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2–3+ years of experience selling flooring or interior surface products, specifically into the high-end residential market.
  • A strong background in on-the-road sales and territory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, build, and close new business opportunities.
  • A genuine interest in design, architecture, and interior spaces.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with industry professionals.
  • A consultative sales style with a passion for delivering tailored solutions.
