**About this role**:
A highly-regarded importer and distributor of opulent stone, porcelain and ceramic, sourced from around the world.

They are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales Representative to join the team in a diverse role and consult with architects, interior designers, and private clients on luxury commercial and residential projects. The role is based in their outstanding Richmond showroom, and also involves being on the road visiting Architectural and Design firms on a daily basis.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your sales ability alongside a team committed to providing outstanding service. With an experienced leadership team in place for mentoring and a new showroom being built, it's never been a better time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Consult with architects, interior designers, and private clients
- Offer expert advice on colours, textures, and patterns of imported natural stone
- Attend client meetings and industry networking events
- Liaise with the internal sales team
- Maintain customer satisfaction and engagement
- Focus on building longstanding relationships
- Maintain and grow sales across your client base
- Maintaining an existing client base of architects, interior designers and builders
- Developing new business opportunities and relationships within the industry
- Managing projects from start to end ensuring that jobs are followed from specification stage through to final completion of the project.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in Specification Sales
- Driven approach with a passion for the design/building industry
- Appreciation of interior products
- Exceptional customer service orientation and dedication to achieving results.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- High organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Drive to take initiative within the role
- Articulate, responsible and polished approach
