About the Role

This is a permanent position with guaranteed hours, offering a stable and rewarding career opportunity. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality care by efficiently managing and administering client and staff schedules.

You will be responsible for setting up rounds with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness, while maintaining care worker contracted hours. This will involve actively participating as a member of our centralized support team and providing system and staff administration by maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer client and staff schedules
  • Set up rounds with consideration to consistency, efficiency, and fairness
  • Maintain care worker contracted hours

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
  • Natural problem-solving skills and outstanding communication and coordination skills
