**Responsibilities**
- Manage inbound Linehaul vehicles (both contractor & company assets)
- Roster management including the scheduling of Drivers for the PUD, Local and Linehaul runs
- Coordinate with agency contractors to backfill planned/unplanned leave
- Coordinate driver's workloads in accordance with fatigue management systems and processes with maximum vehicle utilisation
- Review and coordinate routine maintenance of the fleet
- Monitor fridge alarm notifications across the fleet
- MTDATA & Guardian management & adherence to DHL SOPs
- Administrative functions including work diary reviews, PO creation, invoicing and Kronos management
- Escalate any concerns to the Fleet Manager as required

**Requirements**:

- **Must be available to work from 4.00am-2pm with occasional weekend support**:

- Prior experience with supporting both Linehaul and Local functions at an operational level
- Demonstrate operational knowledge in compliance with national safety standards, road transport legislation and dangerous goods regulations
- Prior experience with roster management and supporting daily schedules
- Sound knowledge in Kronos or similar payroll system
- Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility.
- Able to work in coordination with a PM Fleet Supervisor to support the function
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Willingness to undergo the following pre-employment checks including Security Check and Pre Employment Medical
