We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Newcastle, Tweed and Northern Rivers region. As a Sales Manager at Aristocrat, you will lead a high-performing team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with our Values.
  • Develop and implement structured sales strategies to ensure team alignment and motivation.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with customers to maximize coverage and drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in key account management, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM systems with up-to-date customer details, engagement plans, and account strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor strategies, products, and campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue and market share using market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales and people management.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commercial acumen with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with BI tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Bonus points for gaming industry experience.
