About the Role:

Bradken is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow market share in your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and strategies for growth
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and advise on product development opportunities
  • Prepare and justify sales budgets to upper management, ensuring targets are met

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a Trade background
  • Demonstrated years of experience in Mining and associated markets
  • High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Crushers is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with mineral processing plants and mining operations is preferred
  • Willingness to travel
