Operational Transformation Leader

This leadership role is pivotal to our business transformation and customer service strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for domestic operations across Australia, including management of metro depots and regional delivery networks.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will report directly to the General Manager – Priority. You will lead a geographically dispersed team of Branch and Regional Managers, and oversee the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of our Priority network operations.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Logistics, or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
• Deep knowledge of Australian logistics networks, depot operations, and linehaul/PUD performance metrics.
• Industrial relations and workforce planning experience in a unionised environment is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to lead national operations and depot networks in a logistics or transport environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
• Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear understanding of OHS compliance, safety systems, and risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in operational transformation and change leadership
