Job Description:
As a Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative workforce change strategies and engagement programs. This position combines expertise in people and culture partnering, workforce management, and capability planning, with a focus on transforming and improving people practices in alignment with our strategic objectives.

About the Opportunity:
This is a 14-month parental leave cover opportunity to drive organisational success across the business. You will be part of a high-performing team environment, working collaboratively to create innovative solutions and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Embed yourself within key leadership teams, anticipating challenges and influencing direction
* Craft and implement innovative change strategies that enhance engagement and drive sustainable success
* Act as a strategic coach and consultant to executives and leaders, equipping them with insights and tools to inspire and empower their teams
* Develop HR processes and policies, maintaining a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
* Empower organisational leaders to effectively manage their teams, providing necessary guidance and risk mitigation
