Drive Transformation and Lead Change

We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to drive transformation and lead change initiatives within our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective change management strategies that align with our business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on managing the people side of transformations, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies. You will also guide senior leaders and executives through the change process, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.

In addition, you will create and support change agent networks, fostering a culture of agility and innovation throughout the organisation. Your experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that meet business objectives
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Guide senior leaders and executives through the change process
  • Create and support change agent networks
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments
  • Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning
  • Systems thinking and pro-active approach to problem-solving
