The Opportunity:
We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead our people operations and policy initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping global policies, supporting governance activities, and managing financial planning across the function. As a close collaborator with People (HR) leaders, finance business partners, and governance committees, you'll ensure our policies are robust, reporting is accurate, and planning is strategically aligned.
Your New Role:
As the Global People Operations & Policy Specialist, you will oversee policy reviews, support governance reporting, and manage financial planning across the global People function. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our frameworks are fit-for-purpose and aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities include facilitating the review and refresh of global people policies, leading updates to key frameworks, driving end-to-end policy reviews, and overseeing financial planning and reforecasting.
About You:
You're a proactive and analytical thinker with a strong foundation in finance, policy, governance, or people advisory. You thrive in detail-heavy environments and are confident working with data and financial information to support strategic decision-making. Essential Requirements include advanced Excel skills, proven capability in policy development and review, and a comfortable working style with financial systems and processes.
