Job Title: People Experience Specialist

Are you a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for creating inclusive and innovative workplace cultures?

We are seeking an experienced People Experience Specialist to join our dynamic People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance, and expertise to our business leaders in our Logistics Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the business, offering consultative advice, coaching, and mentorship on all aspects of people leadership, employee relations, and organisational culture.
  • Promote open communication channels and cross-department collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation and promotion of people-centric programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to employees and leaders on a broad range of HR and people matters, from performance management to workplace concerns.
  • Support leaders during the performance and development review process. Help identify high-potential talent within existing teams and contribute to future-focused succession and development strategies.
  • Prepare and analyse workforce reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations that support data-driven people decisions, as required.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR Generalist/Advisory role.
  • Previous experience in Blue Collar or Logistics Industries.
  • Strong business partnering skills with leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
  • Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with leaders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the business.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and people leadership skills.
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative, and passion.
  • Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, 'can do' and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
