Job Role: Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to manage sales and client relationships across the territory in an autonomous role.
About the Position:- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering sales targets through a structured customer contact plan, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through proactive outreach and regular communication.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Promote our products and services to maximize sales potential.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven sales or business development experience in a related industry, preferably in construction or heavy industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
