**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education.
  • Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
  • Evolving into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
  • Devising a strategic business plan and monitoring the territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
  • Addressing product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
  • Presenting in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of product inventory.

**Requirements:**

  • A proven track record of influencing sales, whether this is in retail, hospitality, customer service or another sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling connection with healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude, facing challenges in a competitive market.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
