  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on production of high-quality viennoiserie from start to finish
  • Follow recipes and production schedules with precision
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily production goals
  • Contribute to a positive, productive kitchen culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pastry production or restaurant kitchen
  • Ideal experience in lamination, baking, or kitchen leadership (desirable)
  • Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude
  • Is motivated, ambitious, and determined to excel in their craft
  • Has full working rights in Australiaand can work full-time hours
