We are seeking an experienced Pastry Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating innovative pastry products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the pastry kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales growth
- Maintain inventory control and manage costs to maximize profitability
- Proven experience as a senior chef or pastry executive in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box when it comes to menu development
