Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Pastry Production Manager to lead our team at our flagship location. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency, training staff, and driving innovation in our bread and pastry offerings.

  • Oversee and direct all daily bread and pastry production.
  • Train, supervise, and support bakery staff to meet production goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute weekly prep and ordering strategies.
  • Maintain recipe consistency, product quality, and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory rotation, waste reduction, and supplier partnerships.
  • Create seasonal specials for events and promotions.
  • E nsure compliance with food safety regulations, cleaning protocols, and record-keeping requirements.
  • Continuously improve production systems and team efficiency through process optimization.
