Executive Customer Portfolio Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Customer Portfolio Manager to join our Emerging Corporate Team in Australia.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment processes.
- Act in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs.
- Provide appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests.
- Support the management of a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers.
- Collaborate with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfill customer needs.
- Engage diversified teams when required.
Requirements:
- Data analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
- Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
- Fulfilment: The end-to-end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end user outcome.
- Able to support credit approval activities with competency in credit assessment and management.

- A competitive salary range between AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum.
