We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs.
  • Professionally manage a portfolio of commercial properties, providing expert advice to clients as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for new and existing clients, preparing and managing budgets and business plans accordingly.
  • Regularly inspect properties to ensure the highest level of presentation, managing capital projects on behalf of the client as required.
About You
  • You have previous experience in the Property Industry (desirable).
  • You hold a Property Representative Licence or have the ability to obtain one soon.
  • You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organized with good time management skills.
  • You have a customer-centric focus, financial and analytical skills, and are smart, resourceful, and forward-thinking, embracing technology.
  • You hold a current Driver's Licence.
