Lead a high-achieving team in NSW and ACT as a key leader of our operations.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who is highly motivated to drive sales growth, operational excellence and maintain a safe workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities:

To achieve exceptional sales results across all sites, you will:

Drive Business Growth: Partner with the State General Manager to implement effective strategies and achieve outstanding sales outcomes.

Operational Excellence: Oversee site operational requirements including HR, stock management, finance, administration, quality control and compliance.

Safety and Health: Ensure a safe and healthy workplace culture at all sites, adhering to WHS training, tools, signage and reporting.

Development and Training: Coach site managers to excel in their duties, providing on-the-job training to ensure effective sales processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Professional Standards: Maintain exceptional professional standards across all sites, focusing on presentation, teamwork and customer satisfaction.
