About the Role As State Sales Manager – NSW, you'll lead a high-performing external sales team to drive profitable growth and deliver on strategic sales objectives.
You'll be responsible for managing sales operations, coaching your team, and building strong customer relationships across the state.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales teamCreate and execute sales strategies and forecastsManage sales reporting, financial performance, and administrationAnalyse customer behaviours and market trendsRecruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales repsDrive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes About You You're a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
