This role offers the opportunity to shape property and fleet portfolios while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver results. You'll make a positive impact by:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders on property, fleet, and facilities strategy to optimise operations
  • Managing lease administration and ensuring financial and compliance alignment
  • Cultivating relationships with internal teams to support financial reporting and transparency
  • Overseeing vendor payment processes and ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Leading property and fleet acquisition strategies to meet client and operational needs
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance through comprehensive governance and reporting
  • People leadership for a lean high-performing team

About This Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement, commercial management, or financial management. Your ideal skills and experience include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement, commercial management, or financial management
  • Experience with property and/or fleet management would be a bonus but not a prerequisite
  • People leadership skills & an ability to drive high performance
  • Expertise in commercial markets, regulations, and legislation
  • Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver process improvements
  • Resilience and a proactive approach to challenges
