Strategic Procurement Leader for Premium Office and Industrial Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Leader to join our team in Sydney, NSW. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic procurement initiatives across a premium office and industrial portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's procurement practices while driving positive social change. The National Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a national procurement strategy aligned with our clients' objectives
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and service providers
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Analysing market trends and conducting regular cost analyses to ensure competitive pricing
  • Driving client strategies related to First Nations spend initiatives

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and experience with First Nations spend initiatives and social impact procurement. Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation, particularly with PowerBI, are also essential. CIPS or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
