Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective support on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the corporate office switchboard during business hours, greet visitors, and provide building inductions for new starters.
  • Responsible for basic kitchen and office maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, mail distribution, and record-keeping.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, guest car parking, and catering arrangements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and reconcile invoices.
  • Organize stationery orders and process requests for new business cards.
  • Assist with office communications and social events.
  • Liaise with maintenance providers for office facilities.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.

About You:

  • Previous experience in Office Administration and front of house Reception is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will need to be able to manage a variety of tasks with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent phone manner, intermediate Office 365 skills, and attention to detail are necessary.
