Expert technical assistance for desktop and network issues is needed.

We are currently seeking skilled engineers to fill this requirement.

**Requirements:**

- Extensive experience in troubleshooting desktop and network problems
- Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring operating systems
- Ability to install software patches
- Expertise in hardware and software break-fix solutions
- Familiarity with MS Office application installation and administration

**Standard Tools Required:**

- Laptop with Windows 10 installed and admin rights
- Cisco Console cable (DB9 - RJ45 or USB RJ45)
- Essential software installed on the laptop: Putty, Team Viewer, TFTP server
- Screwdriver set
- Internet data card

This role will involve a part-time, fixed-term contract position with on-call ticket-based adhoc/dispatch projects and backfill support responsibilities.
