Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Desktop and Network Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations by providing exceptional desktop and network support, including:

  • Providing first-level support to desktop users and ensuring effective troubleshooting of issues promptly.
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of network infrastructure to guarantee business continuity.
  • Utilizing remote desktop software to resolve support incidents efficiently and enhance user experience.
  • Managing user accounts and security settings via Active Directory, maintaining enterprise security standards.
  • Performing regular maintenance and repair of hardware, ensuring readiness and functionality.
  • Administering Microsoft 365 tools and services, ensuring user access and productivity.

Key Skills

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows OS.
  • Experience in Active Directory management.
  • Proficiency in remote desktop software like TeamViewer.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Competence in network configuration and diagnostics.
  • Experience in hardware repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
