We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our dedicated team at Windermere Child and Family Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families across Melbourne.
About the Role
This full-time and part-time position offers the ideal candidate a chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing evidence-informed interventions and assessments to support children's communication and social skills development. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, working collaboratively with consumers, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Your Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum 2 years' experience in paediatric practice, with a strong understanding of typical development and common conditions affecting children's communication
- Demonstrated expertise in assessment, intervention, and evaluation of services for children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with consumers, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex service environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently to meet service KPIs
- Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe, and accessible
