Speech Pathologist for Children's Developmental Services

Windermere Child and Family Services is seeking a skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals.
As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based assessment, intervention, and support to children aged 0-12 years with speech, language, and developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised plans to address each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Conduct assessments and interventions in natural environments, schools, and kindergartens
- Liaise with transdisciplinary teams to design and deliver comprehensive support plans

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum 2 years experience in paediatric practice, ideally with a focus on developmental disorders
- Sound theoretical knowledge of typical development and common conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and Down Syndrome
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, including office-based or remote off-site locations
