Clinical Paediatric Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Paediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Windermere Child and Family Services. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and hold current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. A minimum of 2 years' experience in paediatric practice is required, with sound theoretical knowledge and demonstrated expertise in assessment, intervention, and evaluation of services for children and families.
About the Role:- You will manage a caseload of children aged 0-12 years, delivering evidence-informed interventions and assessments to support communication, social, and educational development.
- Liaise and collaborate with a transdisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans that cater to individual needs.
- Provide key worker support and advice to families, empowering them to navigate the complexities of childhood development.
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in paediatric practice, with a focus on assessment, intervention, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and complex situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to promoting inclusive and culturally responsive practices.
